SolarWinds MSP Recognized as Top RMM Vendor in Annual Reader’s Choice Awards

SolarWinds MSP, a leader in delivering comprehensive, scalable IT service management solutions to IT solution providers and MSPs, today announced it is a gold winner in the remote monitoring and management (RMM) category in the 2018 ChannelPro Readers’ Choice Awards. This is the third year in a row the managed services innovator has earned the top RMM honor.
Additionally, SolarWinds MSP earned two silver awards:
- Best PSA
- Best Integrated RMM/PSA Suite

The awards follow a year in which SolarWinds MSP continued to focus on its partner focused initiatives. Recently, it introduced a Security Resource Center that is designed to provide key information for MSPs about current security issues and trends, as well as recommended best practices, to help enhance protection for their business and customers. It also expanded its Empower MSP conferences to better serve its growing partner community.
ChannelPro SMB subscribers were invited to participate in the IT channel’s only SMB-focused Readers’ Choice Awards by casting their votes, via the publication’s website, for the vendors, distributors, and professional organizations with the most SMB- and partner-friendly solutions, services, or programs in the channel today. For each of the 50+ categories, readers were asked to select the option that best satisfies the unique business requirements, work styles, and budgets of their small- and midsize business clients, as well as those that best serve their own partner organizations.
The multiple choice survey, which provided space for write-in responses, was fielded during the first quarter of 2018 and drew participation from more than 800 channel VARs, MSPs, integrators, system builders, and IT consultants.
