PrimaryIO, today announced Hybrid Cloud Data Management technology for customers of VMware Cloud on AWS. VMware Cloud on AWS brings together VMware’s enterprise-class Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC) software and elastic, bare-metal infrastructure from Amazon Web Services (AWS) to give organizations consistent operating model and application mobility for private and public cloud. PrimaryIO technology enables a range of use cases to leverage the benefits of hybrid cloud on critical data assets to customers of VMware Cloud on AWS.
PrimaryIO Hybrid Cloud Data Management technology is based on deep understanding and profiling of the application behavior at a working set level to enable customers to rapidly move and burst workloads to VMware Cloud on AWS.
