Actuate and CoreMatrix Deliver Business Intelligence in Cloud

A strategic alliance with CoreMatrix Systems has been announced by Actuate (News 
– Alert) Corporation. Business Intelligence, or BI, will be delivered to the cloud through this alliance. The top open source BI vendor, Actuate Corporation is responsible for development of BIRT. A BIRT-based application integrated with Salesforce.com will be developed by CoreMatrix and Actuate as part of the alliance. Interactive dashboards and real-time reporting in the cloud will be presented to Salesforce.com end users by this application. Analysis for sales, pipeline, account and user data will be also provided in the cloud to the end-users.
