Zylo, a SaaS optimization platform, today announces the launch of Employee Sentiment as a core pillar of its platform, allowing organizations to optimize cloud investments by measuring employee satisfaction of their cloud applications. Zylo’s platform now gives organizations a 360 degree view across cloud application spend, usage and user feedback, creating a layer of transparency that was not previously possible.

IT and procurement teams can leverage this new transparency into their cloud purchases and utilization to make proactive recommendations and decisions that will optimize their technology stack. With the release of Employee Sentiment, Zylo customers can now:

  • Measure employee satisfaction using Net Promoter Score across your current cloud software applications
  • Recognize opportunities for efficiencies in cloud applications across the company and facilitate cross-departmental adoption of highly rated technology
  • Monitor sentiment across software categories to proactively address positive or negative trends over time

“Progressive organizations and CIOs with a cloud-first mentality will see a great amount of value from collecting Employee Sentiment,” said VP of Product, Ben Pippenger. “For the first time, employees will have a platform to voice how they feel about the cloud-based applications they use on a daily basis. IT and procurement teams will have a whole new way to evaluate their purchasing decisions, take control of their cloud investments and embrace the shift from on-premise software to cloud-based applications.”

This announcement follows Zylo’s $3.35 million seed funding from SaaS industry leaders including Interactive Intelligence CEO, Don Brown and Silicon Valley investment firms GGV Capital and SV Angel. Zylo customers include: Appirio, kCura, Smartling and Power Reviews.
