After Amazon Web Services’ (AWS) Northern Virginia datacenter went casters up, you might think about switching your Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) cloud provider. Cloud Spectator tested 10 of the largest, most well-known public cloud providers with North American datacenters.
