Teridion, the cloud-based networking company that delivers the fastest Internet experience, today announced that CRN Magazine has named the company one of the "10 Coolest Cloud Startups of 2015." This recognition is for Teridion’s SaaS-based delivery model for networking that allows cloud service providers (CSPs) and enterprises to deliver their applications and services up to 20 times faster. The Teridion Global Cloud Network, spanning every continent and major cloud operator, such as AWS, Digital Ocean, Google, NTT Communications and SoftLayer, regularly carries terabytes of data, provides enterprises with unmatched speed and agility to empower a truly global workforce.

"With more enterprise workloads moving to the cloud, a cloud-optimized networking service meets the needs of today’s companies better than traditional networking vendors," said Elad Rave, CEO and founder of Teridion. "Being recognized by CRN as a Cool Cloud Startup after only three months out of stealth is not only an incredible honor, but also validates the work that Teridion is doing to shake up a 20-year-old mold of the Internet and bring content delivery to its next phase. We look forward to building off of this momentum in the new year and continuing to provide the fastest, most agile Internet experience available."

Launched in the Fall of 2015, Teridion came out of stealth mode with $15 million of Series B funding led by Singtel Innov8, with participation from existing investors JVP and Magma. The company also announced its first two customers, Egnyte and Lexifone, with more to be announced in the following months.

Continuing its exceptional momentum, Teridion will be participating in a number of key industry events in the coming year, kicking off at IBM Interconnections, Feb. 21-25, in Las Vegas, where the company will participate in the DevOps Zone.
