‘Powering the Cloud’ Organizers Release Agenda Details

Angel Business Communications, organiser of the ‘Powering the Cloud’ events, has published an initial agenda for the three co-located conferences SNW Europe, Datacenter Technologies and Virtualization World. Taking place on 29th and 30th October 2013 in Frankfurt, Germany, the three events, delivered in association with SNIA Europe, are a central fixture in the calendars of IT professionals who wish to stay on top of the key issues in data storage, cloud computing, data centre technologies and virtualisation. With over 130 informative and engaging sessions, the agenda offers a unique and balanced mix of ‘thought leadership’ presentations, keynote visionary viewpoints, analyst insights, innovative technology thinking and case study examples which will both challenge and inspire delegates. A major highlight of the Powering the Cloud 2013 conferences are the Spotlight Sessions which address five of the most important challenges facing CIOs and IT managers. These sessions on Big Data, security, IT management, data centre architecture and application delivery are a comprehensive exploration of the latest thinking, new technological ideas and practical advice. Moderated by leading industry experts and analysts, the sessions will include Q&A opportunities for delegates to explore and challenge speaker ideas and opinions. New for 2013 are two major debates as an intrinsic part of the content. These debates will allow delegates to hear a range of views and have the opportunity to question and challenge panel members. Doors open at 08:30 on Tuesday, 29th October 2013 for the first day of conference sessions and exhibition features. The three co-located conference programs start at 09:30 and feature a mix of half-day ‘Spotlight sessions’, keynote addresses, SNIA presentations, customer case studies, industry ‘hot-topics’ and vendor tutorials lead by a mix of independent experts, analysts, end-users and industry professionals. The full conference programme resumes on Wednesday, 30th October 2013 at 9:30 with the final sessions finishing at 15:20 (Expo Area in Hall 5 closes also at 16:00).
