With security threats multiplying daily, the need to provide clients with an arsenal of tools for protecting their data has never been greater. IPR International is pleased to announce a new partnership with leading cloud security and encryption management provider AFORE Solutions, Inc. that will give IPR’s clients the ability to add Encryption as a Service (EaaS) as an additional layer of security for their cloud environments.

Using AFORE’s CloudLink encryption platform, clients can choose to layer encryption at multiple points within their cloud computing stack. Encryption solutions are available at the storage, virtual machine, file, and application levels and can be deployed and managed from a common framework. Just last week, AFORE announced the addition of two new CloudLink modules to its platform, providing even greater deployment flexibility through more granular security controls…

In hybrid and multi-tenant virtualized infrastructures in particular, clients must be able to secure sensitive data both in order to protect it from external and internal threats and to meet increasingly stringent regulatory compliance. IPR’s Regulatory-Enforced Cloud solutions already allow its clients in industries like healthcare and finance to meet the requirements of HIPPA, FINRA, PCI, and more. This new partnership with AFORE gives IPR’s clients even greater levels of control and agility, allowing them to confidently embrace the cloud by further dispelling concerns about the security of their most sensitive data.

"With CloudLink, we can now provide EaaS to secure a broad range of customer initiatives including hosted virtual desktops, application and database servers, and virtualized storage," said Bryan Durr, IPR’s Director of Product Architecture. "Easy customer provisioning and advanced security options that place key control in our customers’ hands allow us to offer a first-class security service that will help drive customer confidence and adoption of the cloud."

"The world has changed and IT needs to adapt to meet a host of new and pervasive threats to data," said Jonathan Reeves, Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer at AFORE. "Our focus is to empower customers with solutions that seamlessly integrate with their virtualization, cloud, and key management platforms enabling them to have full control over data security while leveraging existing IT processes."

Through partnerships with encryption management providers like AFORE, as well as with providers of Intrusion Detection Services (IDS) and Intrusion Protection Services (IPS), IPR International is continually enhancing the security options it has to offer to its enterprise clients, helping them achieve the efficiencies and scalability of the cloud while minimizing risk.
