EMC Federal Division Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Nick Combs, will testify before the U.S. House Subcommittee on Technology and Innovation hearing entitled: "The Next IT Revolution? Assessing the Opportunities and Challenges of Cloud Computing" in the morning. Later in the day, Combs will join other industry experts and congressional leaders in the first U.S. Congressional briefing on the recommendations of the TechAmerica Foundation’s CLOUD2 (Commission on the Leadership Opportunity in U.S. Deployment of the Cloud) panel.

Prior to joining EMC, Combs served for more than 25 years in the Federal Government as a senior leader in the Army, an IT leader in the Defense Intelligence Agency and as an IT Director and CIO for the National Media Exploitation Center.
