DynamoDB Console Available in AWS GovCloud

Public cloud giant Amazon Web Services (AWS) has now opened access to Amazon DynamoDB in the AWS GovCloud (US) Management Console. The announcement was made in a AWS blog post this morning. The access enables developers to leverage DynamoDB, a "fully" managed NoSQL database service.
According to AWS, the service "makes it simple and cost-effective to store and retrieve any amount of data, and serve any level of request traffic." All data items are stored on solid state drives (SSDs) and are replicated across three of Amazon’s availability zones, the company said. Amazon has offered several other AWS updates recently.
