SolarWinds MSP, a global leader in delivering comprehensive, scalable IT service management solutions to IT solution providers and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), today announced it has launched SolarWinds N-central 12.0, which hosts a wide range of new features, including deeper PSA application integration, enhanced patch management, and NetPath– which is also available on SolarWinds RMM.

NetPath is designed to help users troubleshoot network performance issues by providing deeper visibility into network paths, application response times, and node performance for on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. MSPs can pinpoint slowdowns, outages, and other problems through a visual depiction of every hop traffic takes from the end user, through the network, to the applications being accessed, and back. FileShadow today ushers in multi-cloud storage options for its customers with a partnership with Wasabi, a hot cloud storage company. By adding Wasabi to FileShadow’s cloud file assurance service, individuals and small businesses with document intensive needs, such as photographers, creatives, insurance agents or agencies, financial services and municipalities, will have the option of choosing both the file processing and cloud storage system that best fits their performance and pricing needs.

FileShadow connects users’ cloud storage accounts and onsite network attached storage (NAS) into a single vault, making their files instantly searchable regardless of source and "available for a lifetime." The service supports both online and onsite systems, including Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, OneDrive for Business, Adobe Creative Cloud and Drobo NAS appliances. McAfee, the device-to-cloud cybersecurity company today announced the availability of McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) on AWS. With deployment in less than an hour, this new AWS deployment option provides organizations more time to focus on security concerns by eliminating the typical hardware, networking and database maintenance tasks associated with private, server-based solutions. With infrastructure as a service, customers will experience the benefits of a shared responsibility model with AWS and still have complete control over the data and deployment configurations. The joint announcement was unveiled at AWS Summit New York; attendees can view a demonstration at booth 539 in the Javits Center.
