Asigra to Provide Training in the Cloud Powered by Artisan Infrastructure at 2012 Asigra Cloud Backup Partner Summit

The Component Workshop Training will give cloud backup service providers the knowledge they need to better manage customer environments and enhance customer service.

Sessions provided in The Component Workshop include:
- Determining which DS-System option will best suit customer’s environments.
- Implementing the Asigra Mobile Solution.
- Customizing the DS-Billing module.
- Running backup sets for Domino, GroupWise, Hyper, MySQL, Netware, Postgres, SharePoint, Sybase and Xenserver.
- Understanding the best uses of the retention and data deletion techniques.
- Enhancing troubleshooting techniques.
