Fuze, the leading cloud-based communications solution provider for the modern global enterprise, today announced its expansion in Latin America with a new data center in Brazil in response to increased demand from enterprise customers. In conjunction with the announcement, the company also unveiled the availability of its desktop and mobile app experiences in three new languages: German, French, and Spanish.

The latest Fuze data center is designed to improve call quality for Fuze users in the region, reduce latency for connectivity to Fuze products and services, and extend Fuze’s global reach through carrier relationships. With this expansion in Latin America, Fuze builds upon its existing nine data centers worldwide across four regions.

Fuze has also localized its desktop and mobile apps into German, French, and Spanish to meet the needs of existing and future enterprise customers with globally distributed offices and employees. As part of the expansion, Fuze is coordinating broader localization efforts to include Fuze.com, which currently features the same multi-lingual capabilities – French and German – with Spanish in development.

"Over 70 percent of our customer base is from the enterprise segment, and 37 percent of sales come from outside North America. We see larger global enterprises moving aggressively to get their communications stack to the cloud, with platforms and experiences that meet the changing needs of modern mobile workers," said Derek Yoo, CTO and co-founder, Fuze. "By expanding multi-language capabilities on our platforms and growing our global data center presence, we are making our products and services even more accessible to support a common goal: the ability to work from everywhere with localized, high-quality experiences."

These latest expansions and feature enhancements strengthen Fuze’s long-term strategy to power every business conversation in the modern enterprise and enable industry-leading, end-to-end cloud-based communications. In May, Fuze announced a series of new product integrations with inContact Customer Interaction Cloud, which improve the user experience for global contact centers. The integrations are available for both new and current customers, and are designed to reduce complexity, enhance caller experience, and provide the highest quality of connectivity. In 2016, Fuze opened three data centers in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Sydney to support high levels of demand and adoption for Fuze globally. It also introduced Fuze Global Unmetered calling as part of the Fuze Global Voice platform, providing customers with unmetered calling to more than 100 countries, free calls between Fuze endpoints, and a more localized calling experience at a predictable cost.
