To facilitate expanding into this arena, management has focused on locating an emerging technology company that is currently in this sector of business for acquisition. This has led the Company to the discovery of Imogo Mobile Technologies Corp., a private Pacific Northwest company with an advanced Cloud Computing technology platform. Imogo’s "Office Anywhere" platform offers a highly competitive mobile solution at both the corporate and a consumer level. With their secure office anywhere-anytime technology, users no longer have to be tied to their desktop computer or fear losing their data and files, now they can be totally mobile and secure as if being in an office. With the recent surge and breakout of tablet computer sales such as the Apple iPad, this creates a unique opportunity to leverage the popularity of tablets and create a high growth enterprise with a potentially limitless revenue stream. The Company has entered into an LOI to acquire Imogo Mobile Technologies Corp. in an all stock transaction. The Company will issue 15,563,186 shares from treasury to Imogo Mobile Technologies Corp. In anticipation of the acquisition Monza applied for a name change and will no longer be known as Monza Ventures Inc but as Imogo Mobile Technologies Corp., symbol: IMTC: OTCQB.
